- I admire the work of Richard Harrison. While his material is rather Gulf-oriented, the overall approach and content is well suited to the requirements of various programmes available here in Belfast and beyond.
- The bilingual English / Arabic Oxford Picture Dictionary is proving valuable; it helps Learners to add new words and to check new vocabulary as part of their Personal Learning Plans
- Elisabeth Babenko's book is of considerable value, allowing us to develop a range of practical activities that can help our Learners improve their lives in Belfast.
- IELTS A1 has already proved valuable in helping Learners to prepare for progression to Belfast Metropolitan college.
- Peter Grundy's Beginners is a respected book for teachers from 20+ years ago, with lots of useful ideas for classroom activities.
